Shipping Overview

ZYEOVIRA ships orders domestically from within the United States. Our current shipping service is available to addresses within the contiguous United States.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or overseas territories, U.S. military addresses, or military bases.

Shipping Rates

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal below $50 are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $6.99.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Daily Order Cutoff Time

Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will generally be processed on the next business day.

Standard Delivery Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, standard domestic delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances affecting domestic transportation.

U.S. Domestic Fulfillment

Orders covered by this policy are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States. Because these orders are shipped domestically within the United States, they do not require international customs processing.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided through the contact information associated with the order. Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Please review the shipping information before completing checkout.

Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales taxes are automatically calculated during checkout based on the order and delivery location. Any applicable sales tax will be displayed and collected before the order is completed.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of increased carrier volume, severe weather, holidays, or other transportation circumstances.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned because the delivery address was incomplete or incorrect, please contact us at service@zyeovira.com with your order number for assistance.
